The peculiarity of this coffee is that it is grown in small plots called coffee gardens and then selected for us by Abdullah Bagersh, one of the greatest Ethiopian coffee experts.
Tasting it you will perceive a great aroma of flowers with notes of bergamot and honey. The acidity is pleasant and the citrus aftertaste. The scents are very intense, structured and marked.
It is also excellent between meals, thanks to the complexity of its aromas.
