We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@almenhaz.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  1. Return Period: Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving their item to request a return.

  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items: Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item is received, customers should contact the store immediately to resolve the issue.

  5. Non-Returnable Items: Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  6. Exchanges: The policy recommends that the quickest way to get the desired item is to return the original item, and after the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item.

  7. Refunds: The store will notify the customer once they've received and inspected the return. If the return is approved, the customer will receive a refund to their original payment method. It's important to note that the processing and posting of the refund by the customer's bank or credit card company may take some time.
