Cafetto Evo Coffee Machine Cleaner - 500g Jars Espresso

Cafetto Evo Coffee Machine Cleaner With its rapidly soluble and free-rinsing formulation, EVO® removes coffee oils, grounds and stains, improving the taste and aroma of espresso.Ingredients are rapidly biodegradable and odorless. Certifications Directions PROCEDURE TO BACKFLUSH EACH DELIVERY GROUP Remove coffee filter from group handle, and replace with blind filter. For daily cleaning add 1 level scoop of EVO® into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso. If the machine is cleaned less often, use 2 level scoops. Start cycle and allow to run for 10 seconds to dissolve cleaner. Stop cycle and allow to sit for 10 seconds. Start and stop cycle 4 more times - run for 10 seconds, stop for 10 seconds. Remove the group handle and rinse well under stream of water from delivery group. Turn off. Re-insert handle with blind filter, start and stop cycle 10 times - run for 5 seconds, stop for 2 seconds to ensure thorough rinsing. Remove blind filter and insert regular filter. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season machine. PROCEDURE TO CLEAN FILTERS AND GROUP HANDLES Soak group handles and filters in 500ml of hot water with 2 level scoops of EVO®Espresso Machine Cleaner for 10 minutes. CAFETTO GRINDER CLEAN

Cafetto Grinder Clean Directions Empty all coffee from hopper. Pour one capful of Cafetto® Grinder Clean into hopper. Run grinder to grind all Grinder Clean in hopper . Empty the grinder dosing chamber and brush out any dust with Pallo Grind Minder. To season burrs, repeat above process once with one capful of coffee beans. The grinder is now ready for use. Cafetto MFC Green, Milk Frother Cleaner For Organic Systems

Cafetto MFC Green 1L Bottles (carton code E27885 – 6 Bottles) An acidic, organic milk frother cleaner.MFC Green contains biodegradable detergents and is derived from natural acids. Provides excellent milk fat removal along with descaling of automatic milk frothers. MFC®Green also leaves no trace of odour after rinsing. It is recommended that MFC Green is used more frequently than the other MFC cleaners due to its milder properties. Safe for all machine parts, MFC® Green is listed with NSF. It has been tested, evaluated passed the most stringent toxicology and corrosivity standards. The ingredients and formulation of the products that are NSF certified are safe for use, leave no harmful residues and do not cause corrosion within the coffee machine. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50ml, remove the green cap and pour from reservoir. Add 50ml of MFC Green to 1 litre of warm water in a cleaning container. Ensure you replace the green cap and seal tightly after pouring the required dose. Insert milk frother suction tube into solution. Run entire solution through frother. Cafetto Renew Descaler Powder Directions For Espresso Machines Add contents of sachet to 1L of warm water, dissolve, and then pour into water tank. Remove filter holder and turn machine on. Place cup under brew spout and run out about 1 cup of the descaling solution. Run about a ¼ cup out through the steam arm. (For fully automatic machines run all the solution through the steam wand and set on hot water not the steam setting). Allow to stand for 15 minutes, and then repeat the process. Repeat the entire process until all the solution is used up. Rinse thoroughly by flushing one tank of clean fresh water through the system exiting through the brew head and the steam wand. Directions Procedure for milk frothers Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the blue cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50mL, remove the blue cap and pour from reservoir Add 50mL of MFC Blue to 1 litre of warm water in a cleaning container. Ensure you replace the blue cap and seal tightly after pouring the required dose Insert milk frother suction tube into solution Run entire solution through frother Repeat above procedure with 1 litre of clean water to rinse all the components thoroughly Do not mix with other chemicals Procedure for jug rinser Ensure the white cap is tightly sealed and slightly loosen the blue cap. Gently squeeze the bottle until reservoir measures 50mL, remove the blue cap and pour from reservoir Disassemble jug rinser and place parts in solution to soak for 5 minutes Use a cloth dipped in solution to wipe over surface. Pour remaining solution over surface. Rinse all parts with potable water and reassemble.

CAFETTO CHILL 500g

Cafetto Chill 500g Colour Indicating Cold Beverage Cleaner Clean and remove water scale from cold beverage machines including blenders, soft serve, Nitro, slushie, gelato and granita machines. Chlorine-based formula easily cleans and removes stains for a hygienic machine. In use concentration provides 100ppm active chlorine. Chill delivers a visual indication of cleaning performance allowing users to determine if the system has been effectively cleaned. Colour indicators highlight the difference between an effective and ineffective cleaning cycle. A specific blend of dye compounds, sensitive to food components, will show a range of colours from pink, red, yellow, and orange. Pink indicating an effective descaling cycle, and red, yellow, or orange indicating that another cleaning cycle should be undertaken. Directions Add 2 scoops (8g) to 1 litre of warm water and dissolve to form a pink solution. Refer to manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning your machine. Leave solution in machine for 2 minutes. The cleaning solution exiting the machine should be pink in colour indicating the cleaning cycle has been effective. If the solution is red, yellow or orange, run another cleaning cycle by repeating steps above. Rinse thoroughly by running another cleaning cycle with fresh water. Cafetto Brew Clean 500g Directions Place one scoop of Brew Clean (4g) per 1L (35 oz.) in the brew basket. Ensure the coffee server is under the brew basket. Activate the brewing cycle allowing the cleaning solution to flow into the server. When the brew cycle is finished, rinse the brew basket in fresh water.
