The PID control allows you to set the ideal brewing temperature for different coffee profiles, giving you the best possible shot each time. The double boiler also gives you optimal temperatures for extracting coffee and frothing milk at the same time. Another key to the ECM Synchronika’s flexibility is its dual water source feature. This domestic coffee machine has a 2.8-liter water tank but can also be related to the water mains, whichever works most suitable for you. Although designed primarily for the home or office, the ECM Synchronika comes with premium portafilters that even professional baristas value. These custom portafilters are weighted and angled for ease of use.
