Rocket R58 Cinquantotto - Coffee Machine

Cinquantotto translates to 58, the new R 58 from Rocket Espresso.  Dual independently operated PID controlled boilers allowing for optimum extraction of any coffee type or roast style. Rocket Espresso inclined boiler technology means precise group temperature adjustment and unprecedented levels of temperature stability. Commercial grade rotary pump draws from the machines internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply. Machine functions are controlled by the touch screen communication pod that now includes an automatic on/off function – your machine is ready to go whenever you need coffee. The communication pod can easily be removed from the machine to retain the aesthetic that is Rocket Espresso. Rocket’s R58 is a formidable dual-boiler espresso machine with the commercial-grade components and handmade quality that they’re famous for. The commercial-grade rotary pump draws from the machines' internal water reservoir or allows for the machine to have a direct water connection from the water supply. That’s right - you can plumb this baby in. The Rocket R58 provides you with double-boiler functionality and dual PID temperature control, in classic chrome and stainless-steel chassis. It comes standard with a 2.5-litre water reservoir, and a control switch that allows you to plumb the R58 right into your kitchen’s main water line. The pre-infusion system is an awesome feature allowing you to saturate your puck before full pressure, getting a more even extraction. For the R nine One, Rocket has ditched their favorite E61 grouphead design and opted for a modern fully saturated grouphead system. This design change makes the R nine One the most consistent Rockets to ever be pumped out of Milan.
