Modular, expandable design

The Modbar Pour-Over’s modular design allows you to create your space to match your vision while encouraging interaction and creating a unique experience. Mix and match Modbar equipment to enhance your workflow for a complete coffee system. The Pour-Over module supports adding a second tap to expand your capacity while minimizing undercounter space. Alternatively, you can add a Hot Water Faucet for hot water on demand at the push of a button.

Precision brewing

The Pour-Over combines precision temperature control with repeatable, programmable recipes. It allows you to brew exceptional coffee and repeat it effortlessly with the press of a lever. Each tap offers three different shower pattern sizes. Select the one suited to your brewing device and switch between them easily, ensuring even water distribution across the coffee bed. Flexible nozzles help prevent scale buildup and improve cleaning.

Programmable recipes

Easily program and save recipes, repeating the brewing sequence and volume so you can switch between coffees and brewing devices with confidence. The Modbar Pour-Over tap features a full-color screen, allowing you to scroll through and select recipes using the push-button knob, and start brewing with a press of the lever.

Optional hot water faucet

Add hot water at the press of a button by installing a Hot Water Faucet instead of a second tap. Use the faucet manually or program up to two time-based doses. Please note that a second tap cannot be added when the hot water faucet is installed.
